"I'm deeply intrigued by humans not just what they say, but the subtle nuances of what they don't"

Over the past few years, I have worked across service, product, and UX design, tackling challenges in both digital and physical spaces. With a foundation in communication design and a master’s degree in Strategic Design & Management from Parsons School of Design, I have built a career that connects creativity, systems thinking, and business strategy.
I have designed playful interventions like life-size board games to raise awareness about public spaces, service blueprints for organizations, and digital platforms that bring structure to complex workflows. My capstone project, Out of Office, reimagined home-swapping for remote workers, while projects like Laika explored the intersection of AI and service dog training.
Now based in New York, my focus is on creating scalable, human-centered design systems that align user needs with organizational goals. I enjoy facilitation, bringing diverse voices together to co-create, and mapping big-picture systems into actionable, user-friendly solutions.

Redesigned the service UI into modular, task-oriented screens, reducing clutter and aligning workflows with how agents actually resolve customer queries.
Developed an AI-enabled wearable ecosystem through systems mapping, co-design, and iterative prototyping to support the complex process of service dog training.
Designed a life-size board game by translating research insights into playful mechanics, boosting youth participation in sports while reinforcing long-term health behaviors.
