My design journey has been more of a jungle gym than a ladder

Over the years I've worked across communication design, product design, service design, AI products, enterprise systems, and research.

What I've learnt along the way

Communication Design

🎨

Worked closely with sales and customer-facing teams to translate ideas into stories, visuals, and experiences.

Product Design

📱

Designed user flows, prototypes, interfaces, and component systems in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Teaching & Communication

🗣️

Teaching Assistant for Design History at Parsons, communicating design concepts through workshops, critiques, and classroom discussions.

AI Workflows

🤖

Actively exploring how AI is changing the way designers research, prototype, build, and communicate.

Currently Exploring

A collection of articles, people, tools, and research shaping how I think about AI and design. Updated weekly.

Side effect of job search

Over the last year I've joined more design communities than I ever expected

Slack groups, Discord servers, design events, ADPList chats, and endless conversations about tools and workflows.

These communities have quietly become my primary way of staying current with how design is evolving.

Currently saying yes to coffee!

I recently moved to the Bay Area and am excited to show up for the local design community in person.

📍

My Master's in Strategic Design & Management taught me to think through an entrepreneurial lens

In addition to the traditional design sense of how things are made, but why they should exist and who they create value for.
